Subway

I saw the movie Subway from Luc Besson. The whole movie happens in Paris subway .I like the way Luc Besson looks at the lives of marginalized people living at underground in subway and a professional murderer in Leon. The main characters of these movies have turned off their faces to conventional life and have more sensitivity and humanity than outside nice people. Fred, in Subway, seems to be immoral for outside world but at least is honest with himself and Helena.
Helena is sick of the artificial life that her husband has prepared for her. A luxury life that looks like as a red apple from outside but is empty from inside.
Helena acts for Fred the same way Mathlida plays for Leon, the symbol of a pure and innocent love- a hope to continue.
The prettiest part of the movie is when Fred, set up a music band with these so-called criminals and performs a concert in Paris Metro.
