At least come and watch!

Last night I saw Leisure Society another play of Festival of New Canadian Plays performing in Marta Cohen Theatre. It was a sad story about a couple who had a piano but didn’t have time to play it. It was about a life which was sunken deeply in materialism. I think Canadians like black comedy more than other kinds because if I forget about the foolish romantic play I saw in school theatre, all the plays I’ve seen in the city have been black comedies.
A couple set up a farewell party to get rid up an old friend Mark. They seem to have everything for a happy life, a job, a child-a great dream of many Canadian couples no matter an adopting baby or their own baby!
In searching for the last resource to find the lost meaning of their life, they decide to have a triple sex with their guest Mark. In reality the husband cannot accept to get involved in this relationship. Mark who’s coming to the party with his sex partner, with the wife of the story starts their triple sex, but Mark before going to the bedroom looked to the husband and said an unforgettable sentence:" If you’re not coming, at least come and watch!!!"
