Dead man Walking

After a week of being frustrated and being furious with myself for letting things go out of control, I went to see the opera “Dead Man Walking” on Thursday night. It was a modern opera and was loyal to the story. Previously, Jim Jarmusch had made this novel into a movie with the great play of Sean Penn and Suzan Sarandon.
Maybe it was not a good time for me to see such an opera because the whole story was about the efforts of a nun preparing a murderer for death penalty! I’m very worried these days about the very unstable political situation of Iran. Even on the cover of the most stupid ordinary magazine of Canada, our president is introduced as the scariest man in the world.
