My life in Calgary...

My multiple task life in Toronto has changed its place with a mono task one in Calgary, since I have come back here to finish my thesis.
My previous roommate and friend Svetlana has decided to live with her boyfriend Sergey for a few months, so I have moved to her room. She has kindly left all her furniture, her dishes, her blankets and a bit of food for me. She never counts or mentions the favors she does for me. Nor does she ever claim to be an avant-garde person having read many books, but she simply knows the rules of humanity and pure kindness.
My new roommate is Olga, another nice Russian friend. Last night Olga, Svetlana, Sergey and I went for shopping. Then Sergey invited us to his house for lamb, chicken BBQ, wine and some Russian chocolates. In the way home Maxim, Sergey’s friend, who like me is usually in trouble or need help, called Sergey and told that he had injured his shoulder and Svetlana accompanied him to the emergency.
We also have a nice neighbor from Tunisia, who sometimes goes for walking with Olga. When ever he cooks he brings us some dishes. Today I met him in hallways and he asked me to take my “free lunch” from Olga whenever I get home!
