Children friendly neigborhood!

Last night I had a strange dream. I dreamed that I was lost in the two dimentional paper space neighborhood that I am designing! I was a child and I was searching for my childhood friend, I walked the whole neighborhood to find her, I talked to anyone that I saw, but no one ever knew her. Maybe my sleep was influenced by one of Bunuel movies that I saw recently, but anyway I am asking myself how much our communities are children friendly. For the one that I have designed it was a dreadful feeling to experience it as a child!
